It is extremely important to check notes before driving. They often contain info on how to get into a home, any complaints they have made, special instructions regarding pets, how to clean certain things, or areas to skip.
-
-
Check in to house
-
This is important because some clients pay by the hour and we need to know exactly how long the cleaner was there. It also allows us to see how long each clean takes so that we know if we are properly charging the client or not.
